Welcome to KC Residency Katra. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our hotel services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Reservations & Bookings

All reservations are subject to room availability and confirmation by KC Residency Katra.

A reservation shall be considered confirmed only upon successful completion of the applicable booking process, including payment where required, and issuance of a booking confirmation.

Guests are responsible for providing complete and accurate information at the time of booking, including:

• Guest name and contact details
• Number of guests
• Check-in and check-out dates
• Room type and meal plan, wherever applicable
• Any other information required to process the reservation

Any error or omission in the information provided by the guest may affect the reservation, and the hotel shall not be responsible for consequences arising from incorrect information supplied by the guest.

2. Check-in & Check-out

Standard Check-in: 13:00 HRS
Standard Check-out: 11:00 HRS

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may be subject to additional charges.

Guests are advised to contact the hotel in advance for requests relating to early arrival or late departure.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At KC Residency Katra, we understand that travel plans may change. This Refund & Cancellation Policy sets out the terms applicable to cancellations, modifications, refunds, no-shows, and early departures.

The cancellation conditions applicable to a particular reservation may vary depending upon the room type, rate plan, promotional offer, booking channel, and specific booking conditions selected at the time of reservation.

The applicable cancellation terms will be displayed before payment and/or mentioned in the booking confirmation.

3.1 Cancellation by the Guest

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable booking terms:

• More than 3 days before check-in: The booking may be cancelled with a full refund, subject to applicable payment gateway or processing charges, if any.
• Between 1 and 3 days before check-in: A cancellation charge of up to 50% of the booking amount may apply.
• Within 24 hours of check-in: Up to 100% of the booking amount may be charged.
• No-show: In the event that a guest does not arrive for the reservation without prior cancellation, no refund shall ordinarily be applicable, and the full booking amount may be charged.

Where a specific booking confirmation contains cancellation conditions that differ from the above, the terms stated in that booking confirmation shall prevail.

4. Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain promotional, discounted, advance-purchase, special-rate, or specially designated bookings may be offered on a non-refundable basis.

Such reservations cannot ordinarily be cancelled or refunded, except where otherwise specified in the booking terms or required under applicable law.

Guests are advised to carefully review the cancellation conditions before completing payment.

5. Modification of Bookings

Requests to modify a confirmed reservation, including changes to:

• Check-in or check-out dates
• Number of guests
• Room category
• Meal plan
• Guest details
• Other booking particulars

shall be subject to availability and the applicable terms and conditions.

Any increase in the booking value resulting from a modification shall be payable by the guest.

Any reduction in booking value, credit, or refund arising from a modification shall be governed by the cancellation and rate conditions applicable to the original booking.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, it will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method used for the reservation, unless otherwise required by law or mutually agreed with the hotel.

Approved refunds are generally initiated within 7–15 business days.

The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the guest's account may vary depending upon the bank, card issuer, UPI provider, payment gateway, or other payment service provider.

Applicable payment gateway or transaction charges, where non-refundable, may be deducted from the amount refunded.

7. Cancellation by the Hotel

In the unlikely event that KC Residency Katra is unable to honour a confirmed reservation due to exceptional circumstances or circumstances beyond the hotel's reasonable control, the hotel will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative accommodation arrangement.

If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, or if the guest does not accept the alternative offered, the guest may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for the affected reservation, subject to the applicable booking terms and law.

8. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, the unused portion of the reservation shall ordinarily not be refundable, unless otherwise specified in the applicable booking terms or agreed by the hotel.

9. Force Majeure

KC Residency Katra shall not be held responsible for failure or inability to provide services resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Government restrictions or orders
• Acts of God
• Pandemics or epidemics
• War or civil disturbance
• Strikes or other major disruptions
• Unforeseen circumstances affecting hotel operations

Cancellations, refunds, or modifications arising from such circumstances shall be dealt with in accordance with the applicable booking terms and relevant laws.

10. How to Cancel a Reservation

Guests may request cancellation through any of the following applicable channels:

• The cancellation facility provided in the booking confirmation or booking account;
• The hotel website, where such facility is available; or
• By contacting the KC Residency Katra Reservations Team directly.

A cancellation request shall be considered effective only after the cancellation has been acknowledged or confirmed by KC Residency Katra or the relevant booking platform.

Guests are advised to retain the cancellation confirmation for their records.

11. General Conditions

The terms applicable to each reservation may vary depending upon the rate plan, booking channel, promotional offer, and other conditions attached to that reservation.

In case of any discrepancy between these general Terms & Conditions and the specific terms stated in a confirmed booking, the specific booking terms mentioned in the booking confirmation shall prevail, subject to applicable law.

KC Residency Katra reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any revised terms will be published on the hotel's website and shall apply to future reservations.
